Please join us at Calvary Baptist Church for our annual Christmas program on December 4 from 6:30-7:30. Our theme is Christmas Around the World. Students should arrive by 6:10.
Students are to wear black bottoms and Christmas colored tops or Christmas dresses.
The PSO coordinators for this program are Katie Jordan and Rhonda Ward. They will be contacting you with specific needs. One need is for parents to help set-up for the program beginning at 8:30 am in the sanctuary of Calvary on Friday, the 4th. We need help transporting instruments and tables. Our student rehearsal will begin at 9:30 am. We will be setting up chairs following the rehearsal at 10:45/11:00. To volunteer to set-up, contact Rhonda Ward at munkey@comcast.net. Another need is for parents to sit with classes of students during the performance (2 per class) and assist with instruments for Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades. We also need parents willing to sit with classes of students for 6th, 7th and 8th grades. We are collecting ornaments to decorate small trees from the following countries: Africa, Mexico, Germany, France and the continent of Asia.
