Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance and physicians/staff from Middle Tennessee Medical Center will again offer pre-participation physicals for prospective middle and high school student athletes on Saturday, April 30, 2011. Blank forms (Pre-participation, Medical Evaluation, and Emergency Treatment/Parent Consent) can be found on the TOA website: www.TOA.com. Forms will be on the bottom right of the homepage.

PCA would like to congratulate our middle school boys’ and girls’ basketball team for winning the MTAC conference championships! This is the third year in a row that our girls team has won the championship!  We are so proud of you!
