Admissions Process

Step 1: Visit Campus

We encourage you to visit our campus to learn more about our amazing school.
To schedule a tour, call our Admission Office at 615-904-0902 or register for a campus visit.

Step 2: After Prayerful Consideration, Apply

Submit an Online Application with the $200 application fee.

2024-25 IMPORTANT APPLICATION REMINDERS:
** We are now accepting applications for the 2024-25 school year. ** Deadline for applications will be February 1st. ** All decisions will be made around March 1st.
** The 2025-26 school year applications become available after Labor Day 2024.

  • Depending on the grade you are applying for, you may be asked to supply the following supplemental items as part of the Online Application:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization Record
    • Current Photo of Applicant
    • Report cards/Progress Reports from the most recent quarter and up to three previous school years
    • Teacher Recommendations
    • Writing Sample
    • Complete and forward Academic Records Request to student’s current school.

Step 3: Assessment

An online application must be completed prior to the admissions office scheduling an assessment, which occurs on the PCA campus.
* For 2024-25 applications, assessments will be scheduled between Dec.- Feb.

Step 4: Family Meeting

The admissions office will schedule a family meeting with both parents. For families with students entering 6th through 12th grade, students will need to be present as well. For families with students entering PK, the assessment and family meeting are scheduled for the same date and time.

** PCA must receive a copy of school records & teacher recommendations (requested as part of the Online Application) before scheduling the parent meeting. **

Step 5: Status of Admission & Enrollment Process

After the assessment and family meeting, the PCA administration will review all information and decide on admittance. The admissions office will notify the parents of an enrollment decision (accept, waiting list, hold, or decline). Upon acceptance, an annual tuition deposit is required to secure a student’s position at PCA, and parents will be provided with the information necessary to complete the enrollment process.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  1. * Online Applications for the 2024-25 school year are now available! 
  2. ** The deadline to submit an application is Feb 1st. **
  3. * Any application submitted after Feb 1st, will be placed on HOLD while we fulfill our due diligence with families who have met the initial February 1st deadline. 
  4. * Assessments and Family Meetings will take place between Dec.- Feb. for the 2024-25 applications. 
  5. * Admission Decisions will be communicated around March 1st for all applicants submitted by the Feb. 1st deadline.

Tuition Assistance applications may be submitted through the Online Application portal.  Tuition Assistance is available for students entering K-12th grade.
