PCA 3rd grade students enjoyed a visit from local songwriter, Shannon Lee, whom they lovingly call the “Psalm Lady.” As a part of their Biblical studies, the students have been reading, studying, listening to, and writing Psalms. This visit provided students with insight into the songwriting process and gave them the opportunity to learn and sing many worship songs that were written directly from the Psalms.

PCA 1st grade students recently presented their United States President Reports and enjoyed a Presidential Luncheon as part of their study of American history. For the project, each student was assigned a former United States President to study and then they dressed as the President or First Lady that they were assigned and shared a report of important facts about that person. It was a fun way to learn American history! #WeArePCA ... See MoreSee Less

PCA 5th grade Entrepreneur Fair. Fifth grade students worked hard to prepare for the Entrepreneur Fair by creating a product or service, selecting a business name and slogan, developing a plan for advertising, utilizing their resources to minimize cost, and setting a reasonable price that will bring a net profit. It was a wonderful project! All profits from the fair will be equally divided and donated to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and EduKenya, an organization in Kenya that strives to transform their own community through the purposeful, transformative education of the next generation. #WeArePCA ...
