PCA Spring Soiree

Mark you calendar and join us for the PCA Spring Soiree on Friday, April 20, 2018 at Belle Meadows Farm.  It will be a casual, outdoor event benefiting the PCA Annual Fund.  Ticket information coming soon!

 

Spring Soiree Sponsorship Opportunities

PCA families, friends and community partners are invited to sponsor the Spring Soiree at the following levels: $2,000, $1,000 +, $500, or $250.  Sponsorships of $500 and above include event tickets.  Soiree sponsors will be recognized on the PCA website, in PCA newsletter and on the PCA facebook page.  Sponsors will also be recognized on sponsor signage at the event.

To support PCA by sponsoring the Spring Soiree, please complete and return a Spring Soiree Sponsorship Form by the early sponsor deadline of March 1, 2018.  Sponsorship commitments received by March 1 will be listed on the Spring Soiree invitation.  The final deadline for all sponsorship commitments and auction donations is April 13, 2018.

Auction Donations

For suggestions on the types of quality donations that we hope to secure for our silent auction and live auction please visit our online Auction Sign-up Page.  Simply look over the list to see if there is anything that you can donate.  If you plan to request or donate an item, you may enter you name on the auction sign-up page.  Once you secure your donation, please compete and return the Spring Soiree Sponsorship Form along with the item.
