PCA Spring Soiree 2020
The PCA Spring Soiree originally scheduled for Friday, May 1, 2020 has been postponed. It will be rescheduled for a date later in May. A new date will be announced soon.
While the Spring Soiree has been temporarily postponed, we are excited about this year’s event! We are continuing to secure event sponsors and auction donations and we need your support! The Spring Soiree is a fun, casual evening for PCA parents, friends, and supporters. Tickets are $125 per person. The evening includes delicious food, signature beverages, and Silent and Live Auctions featuring dozens of unique items.
Spring Soiree Sponsorship Opportunities
We anticipate a highly successful and well-attended event and we encourage families, friends and community partners to donate an auction item or sponsor the event at the following levels: $2,500, $1,500, $1,000, $500, or $250. Sponsorship levels of $500 and above include tickets to the event.
As a sponsor, your generous support of the Spring Soiree will be shared on the PCA website, in the PCA newsletter, and on the PCA Spring Soiree facebook event page. Your name will also be included on sponsor signage at the event.
All proceeds from the Spring Soiree benefit the PCA Annual Fund. Contributions to the Annual Fund play a critical role in the growth and improvement of our school. Each year, gifts to the Annual Fund provide the resources needed to purchase additional classroom and athletic supplies, help to fund faculty and staff professional development opportunities, and provide support for ongoing improvements in technology. These enhancements are felt throughout the school and are tangible reminders of the difference your support makes.
