Rhetoric Spanish Teacher
Seeking qualified applicants for a full time Rhetoric Spanish Teacher position available either for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year or beginning of the 2026–2027 school year. This role will include teaching Spanish I and II, leading an Advisory class, and serving as a House Leader. Knowledge/experience equivalent to that of a Bachelor’s degree in secondary education with relevant teaching experience required. Applicants must review and adhere to the PCA Statement of Faith. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment for students during instruction and be willing to uphold and enforce the school's policies and procedures. Providence Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated and faith-driven High School Head Football Coach for the 2026-2027 school year who is passionate about mentoring student-athletes. The ideal candidate will value servant leadership, teamwork, discipline, and spiritual growth alongside football fundamentals. Ideal candidate will teach in the classroom in addition to serving as a student advisor as part of our mission-based advisory program. The High School Football Coach will lead and plan practices, games, and activities while managing the High School Coaching Staff. Director of Bands
Providence Christian Academy is seeking to hire an Upper School Director of Bands. This position is full time with benefits. Key responsibilities are to teach instrumental music, conduct rehearsals, cultivate musical talent, and collaborate with the music department academy wide in preparation for school performances and events. Additional responsibilities include directing extracurricular ensembles such as Jazz Band and Pep Band. Director of Advancement
Seeking a Director of Advancement for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is full time with benefits and part of PCA’s Executive and Leadership Teams. This senior level management position plays a key role in academy-wide decision making and strategic planning while overseeing areas such as Marketing, Communication, Fundraising, Enrollment Management and Community Relations. The ideal Candidate must demonstrate strong spiritual leadership, be confident in public speaking, and possess executive level capabilities.

Upper Elementary Interventionist
Providence Christian Academy is seeking an Upper Elementary Interventionist for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will be full time with benefits. Qualified candidates will need to feel comfortable providing small group reading instruction and in-class support for students in upper elementary. Applicants should have excellent teamwork and communication skills, knowledge in best practices and experience with students who learn differently. Must have a teaching license and applicants with special ed endorsements and or additional certifications/training are preferred.

Pre-K and After School Care Administrator
Providence Christian Academy is seeking a PreK and After School Care Administrator. Position is thirty hours a week with benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a school or care-based setting. As a member of PCA’s Leadership Team, the Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating PreK events, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and managing daily operations of the PreK and After School Care programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading chapels and spiritual development activities for students.
Overseeing and managing the After School Care program.
Leading and supporting a team of qualified PreK teachers.
Implementing teaching strategies consistent with PCA’s classical and Christian educational philosophy.
