Associate Head of School

PCA is seeking an Associate Head of School for the 2026-2027 school year to help lead this next chapter and move our mission forward with clarity and purpose.  The Associate Head of School serves as the senior leader overseeing the academic program and student life of Providence Christian Academy. Reporting directly to the Head of School and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Associate Head provides strategic vision, operational leadership, and mission-centered oversight for all aspects of PreK–12 academics, spiritual formation, fine arts and athletics.   Applicants must review and adhere to the PCA Statement of Faith.

2026-2027 Openings

Rhetoric General Science Teacher

Seeking qualified applicants for a full time Rhetoric General Science Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This role will include teaching Rhetoric Science, leading an Advisory class, and serving as a House Leader. Knowledge/experience equivalent to that of a Bachelor’s degree in secondary education with relevant teaching experience required. Applicants must review and adhere to the PCA Statement of Faith. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment for students during instruction and be willing to uphold and enforce the school's policies and procedures. Must teach subject matter by utilizing valid techniques consistent with the school’s Classical and Christian philosophies.

Grammar School Teacher

Providence Christian Academy is seeking to hire Grammar School Teachers.  Positions are full time with benefits and requires a Bachelor’s degree in education.   Must review and comply with the PCA Statement of Faith.  Qualified candidates will need to create a safe, nurturing, spiritually-based learning environment for students during instruction and be willing to uphold and enforce the school’s policies and procedures.    Must teach by utilizing valid techniques according to the school’s classical and Christian philosophy.

Logic and Rhetoric School Latin Teacher

Seeking qualified applicants for full time Upper School Latin Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This position requires knowledge/experience equivalent to that of a Bachelor’s degree in secondary education with relevant experience teaching Latin. Applicants must review and comply with the PCA Statement of Faith. Qualified candidates will need to create a safe, nurturing, spiritually-based learning environment for students during instruction and be willing to uphold and enforce the school's policies and procedures. Must teach subject matter by utilizing valid techniques according to the school’s Classical and Christian philosophies.

Upper Elementary Interventionist

Providence Christian Academy is seeking an Upper Elementary Interventionist for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will be full time with benefits. Qualified candidates will need to feel comfortable providing small group reading instruction and in-class support for students in upper elementary. Applicants should have excellent teamwork and communication skills, knowledge in best practices and experience with students who learn differently. Must have a teaching license and applicants with special ed endorsements and or additional certifications/training are preferred.

1st Grade Teacher

Providence Christian Academy is currently accepting applications for a full-time 1st Grade Teacher in the School of Grammar for the 2026–2027 academic year. This position includes benefits and requires a bachelor’s degree in education. Must review and comply with the PCA Statement of Faith. Qualified candidates will need to create a safe, nurturing, spiritually-based learning environment for students during instruction and be willing to uphold and enforce the school’s policies and procedures. Must teach by utilizing valid techniques according to the school’s classical and Christian philosophy.

Pre-K and After School Care Administrator

Providence Christian Academy is seeking a PreK and After School Care Administrator. Position is thirty hours a week with benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a school or care-based setting. As a member of PCA’s Leadership Team, the Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating PreK events, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and managing daily operations of the PreK and After School Care programs.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading chapels and spiritual development activities for students.
Overseeing and managing the After School Care program.
Leading and supporting a team of qualified PreK teachers.
Implementing teaching strategies consistent with PCA’s classical and Christian educational philosophy.

Applicants must be in agreement with PCA's Statement of Faith and demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of program management.
