Rhetoric Physics & STEM Teacher
Seeking qualified applicants for a full time Rhetoric Science Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This role will include teaching Intro to Physics (9th grade) and STEM (12th grade), leading an Advisory class, and serving as a House Leader. Knowledge/experience equivalent to that of a Bachelor’s degree in secondary education with relevant teaching experience required. Applicants must review and adhere to the PCA Statement of Faith. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment for students during instruction and be willing to uphold and enforce the school's policies and procedures. Upper Elementary Interventionist
Providence Christian Academy is seeking an Upper Elementary Interventionist for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will be full time with benefits. Qualified candidates will need to feel comfortable providing small group reading instruction and in-class support for students in upper elementary. Applicants should have excellent teamwork and communication skills, knowledge in best practices and experience with students who learn differently. Must have a teaching license and applicants with special ed endorsements and or additional certifications/training are preferred.

Rhetoric Dean of Studies
Providence Christian Academy is seeking a full time Rhetoric School Dean of Studies. Qualified candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in an educational setting, a strong understanding of the Bible, and a degree in education or a related field. The Rhetoric Dean of Studies oversees curriculum direction, research, and development, while supporting teaching and learning for grades 9–12. Primary responsibilities include coaching teachers in biblical and classical integration, monitoring the implementation and ongoing development of the curriculum, serving on the accreditation team, managing rhetoric scheduling, and assisting with standardized testing. The Rhetoric Dean of Studies will also collaborate with classroom teachers to promote innovative instructional practices and help evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methods.
Food Service
Providence Christian Academy is looking for a dependable individual to join our Food Service program in a part-time role. This position follows PCA’s academic calendar and requires working five days a week during the school lunch period, typically between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Primary responsibilities include preparing and organizing food for daily service, setting up the lunchroom, serving meals to students, and completing daily cleanup tasks. The ideal candidate will be Christ-centered, committed to providing excellent customer service, and in agreement with PCA’s Statement of Faith.
Pre-K and After School Care Administrator
Providence Christian Academy is seeking a PreK and After School Care Administrator. Position is thirty hours a week with benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a school or care-based setting. As a member of PCA’s Leadership Team, the Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating PreK events, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and managing daily operations of the PreK and After School Care programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading chapels and spiritual development activities for students.
Overseeing and managing the After School Care program.
Leading and supporting a team of qualified PreK teachers.
Implementing teaching strategies consistent with PCA’s classical and Christian educational philosophy.

School Security
Providence Christian Academy is seeking a full-time School Security team member to help maintain a safe and secure learning environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting the school’s commitment to campus safety and community well-being. Key responsibilities include, actively monitoring school grounds and facilities to ensure all safety protocols are consistently followed; maintaining a visible and approachable presence on campus; collaborating closely with existing security, school administration, and local law enforcement when appropriate; and assisting with emergency preparedness and response procedures. The position also requires regular presence at after-hours school events, activities, and special functions. Previous experience in school security or a background in law enforcement is strongly preferred, along with a commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive school environment.
