Scholarship applications are accepted in the spring for the upcoming school year and are reviewed and awarded by the Tuition Assistance Committee. All scholarship applications require applicants to complete a tuition assistance application through FACTS. Hannah McKnight Scholarship
The Hannah McKnight scholarship honors Hannah Katherine McKnight, the first student to graduate from Providence Christian Academy after attending the school consecutively from Kindergarten. It is a need-based scholarship and is designated for returning students entering the 9-12th grade.

Hallee Cartwright Scholarship
The Hallee Cartwright Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Hallee Cartwright a beloved 7th grade student who passed away in 2009. This scholarship is available for returning students at any grade level who demonstrate a relationship with Christ and who have financial need.

Lori A. Thomas Scholarship
The Lori A. Thomas Scholarship Fund was established in honor of Lori Thomas for her thirteen years of faithful and dedicated service to Providence Christian Academy. This scholarship is reserved for minority students entering 1st-12th grade and is based upon financial need.

Dr. John Silas Bass Memorial Health Professional Scholarship
The Dr. John Silas Bass Memorial Health Professional Scholarship has been established in honor of Dr. John Silas Bass. Dr. Bass is the first known African-American physician to practice in Murfreesboro. He was an escaped slave who eventually completed medical training at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. He practiced medicine in Murfreesboro in the late 1800’s until moving to Iola, KS in 1902 where he lived until he passed away in 1923. This scholarship is reserved for minority students entering 9th-12th grade and is based upon financial need. An interest of pursuing a career in a health related field is preferred. An opportunity for a internship with a health care professional may be available with this scholarship.

Baylor Bramble Memorial Scholarship
The Baylor Bramble Scholarship Fund has been established in memory of Baylor Bramble. The scholarship is open to students entering 1st- 12th grade. Preference is given to students who are new to PCA when possible. The Baylor Bramble Scholarship Fund provides assistance with a portion of tuition for students whose families qualify for financial assistance through FACTS. Students must reapply each spring for the following school year.
