The After School Care program at Providence Christian Academy provides students in Pre-K thru 8th Grade with a safe environment of care and supervision beyond the hours of our regular academic day. Our goal is to provide structured time for homework, free time for play and relationship building, and an opportunity for students to relax after a full school day.
After School Care (ASC) will be offered for the hours listed below. This service is available only on full school days (not on ½ days, holidays, or during school breaks). All students must be registered at least two weeks prior to the first day they will begin attending After School Care. Drop-in care is not available. Please note the designated times and understand that we must charge late fees for late pick-ups. Please refer to the fee schedules included on the links below for more information.
After School Care utilizes a “One Fee” structure based on your child’s grade level and the number of days they will be staying. The fee structure is included in the links below.
Your FACTS account will be charged the rate associated with the number of days you register for regardless of the time your child is picked up or if your child attends. We must staff After School Care with wonderful qualified team members based on registration, not attendance.
Once registered, you will be signed up and billed for the same plan for the remainder of the academic year unless you notify us differently. Please allow a two-week notice for any changes. Changes will be implemented at the beginning of the calendar month following notification.
Registration Fee: $25.00 per child
