Pumpkin Patch– Saturday, October 19 from 11:00am- 2:00pm
Providence Christian Academy will host the annual PCA Pumpkin Patch on Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 11:00am- 2:00pm on the PCA athletic field. The Pumpkin Patch is a come-and-go fundraising event that is open to the community. We invite all PCA families and supporters to join us for a fun family day! Pumpkins, gourds, and mums are available for purchase, plus there will be concessions, sweet treats, and special activities for families.
Pumpkins and gourds will be spread out on the athletic field in our “Pumpkin Patch” and mums will be on display in the “Mum Garden.” Pumpkins, gourds, and mums have been locally grown and will be available in a variety of sizes and colors. Sweet treats will be available in the “Sweet Treats Candy Store” and our concession stand will offer pizza, drinks, and snacks. PCA spirit wear will also be available to purchase in the PCA Spirit Store.
Special activities will include: pumpkin decorating, pony rides, a petting zoo, a photo booth, character appearances, a pumpkin Gospel story stage, fun outdoor games for all ages, and much more! Again this year we will offer an opportunity to purchase small wooden pumpkins to paint and take home as a decoration/ keepsake.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships are needed in order to make the event successful. All sponsorships are tax-deductible. Families, friends and community partners are invited to sponsor the Pumpkin Patch at the following levels: $1,000 +, $500, or $250. Businesses and families will be recognized for their generous sponsorship through event promotions and signage. All proceeds from the Pumpkin Patch will support the PCA Annual Fund. Each year, contributions to the PCA Annual Fund play a critical role in the growth and development of our school. Gifts to the Annual Fund support PCA’s mission in four distinct areas and impact students in ways that would not be possible with tuition alone. Programs and activities that are directly enhanced through Annual Fund contributions include: Academics, Athletics, Fine Arts, and Student Life. To realize our mission, to expand, to innovate, to maintain our distinguished place in our community, we rely on generous support of the PCA Annual Fund through event sponsorships and direct gifts. Your support of the Annual Fund will enhance the educational experience of every student at PCA!
