PCA Spring Soiree

Providence Christian Academy’s annual Spring Soiree will be Friday, April 19, 2024 from 6:00- 9:00pm at The View at Fountains.  The Spring Soiree is a fun evening for PCA parents, friends and community supporters.  It is an adult-only, spring social event that features heavy hors d’oeuvres, specialty beverages, mingling with friends, as well as silent and live auctions. Event sponsorships are available at several levels and all sponsor levels include tickets to the event.  It’s PCA’s largest and most successful Annual Fund event of the year! Contributions to the Annual Fund play a critical role in the growth and improvement of our school.  Each year, gifts to the Annual Fund provide important resources needed to support all programs and activities at PCA including Academics, Athletics, Fine Arts, and Student Life. 

We are grateful for the many ways PCA families and community supporters give to PCA!

THE ONLINE SILENT AUCTION WILL OPEN APRIL 16, 2024.
You do not have to attend the event to bid on silent auction items.
A preview of live auction items will be posted on April 16.  Live auction item bidding will be reserved for those in attendance at the Spring Soiree.

What is the Spring Soiree?
PCA’s Spring Soiree is the largest fundraising event of the year!  It is an adult-only, spring social event that features heavy hors d’oeuvres, specialty beverages, mingling with friends, as well as silent and live auctions. Event sponsorships are available at several levels and all sponsor levels include tickets to the event.  You may also support the event by purchasing individual tickets, donating auction items, and/ or purchasing auction items. All PCA supporters are encouraged to make plans to join us for a fabulous evening!

When and where is the event?
Friday, April 19, 2024 from 6:00- 9:00pm at The View at Fountains (1500 Medical Center Parkway)

How do I sponsor the event?
To sponsor the Spring Soiree, simply complete and return a Spring Soiree Sponsor Form.  All sponsorships received by March 5 will be recognized on the Spring Soiree invitation.  The final sponsor deadline to ensure recognition in event promotional materials is April 12. All sponsorships include tickets to the event.

What is the cost per ticket if I am not a sponsor? 
$130 per ticket. The deadline to purchase tickets is April 12, 2024.

What should I wear?
Casual spring attire.  Ladies wear dresses, sundresses or nice slacks and tops.  Men wear polo or oxford shirts with khakis or slacks.  

Can I bid on auction items if I do not attend?
Anyone may bid on silent auction items through the online auction platform. 
Live auction items will be reserved for those in attendance at the Spring Soiree.
A link to view auction items and bid on silent auction items will be shared closer to the date of the event.
