Monthly payments begin in July, prior to the start of the school year and all balances must be paid in full by May of the spring semester. New families enrolling will need to coordinate with the business office to set up their online payment plan.

Tuition Assistance & Scholarships **:
PCA offers tuition assistance & scholarships based upon family need. Information on how to apply may be obtained online or through the Enrollment office.
Tuition Discounts **:
Sibling Tuition Discount: (available to full-time students)
- 10% – 2nd student discount
- 20% – 3rd child per family and beyond
Military/ First Responder Tuition Discount:
- 10% – Reduction of full tuition is available for any student(s) whose parent or legal guardian is currently serving in a branch of the U.S. military or currently serving as a first responder (includes active police, fire, EMT).
Ministry Tuition Discount:
- 20% – Reduction of full tuition is available for any student(s) whose parent or legal guardian holds a full-time ministry position. Contact the admissions office for further details.
Should a student withdraw or be dismissed from PCA for any reason, parents are responsible for tuition payments for the entire academic semester in which the student attended plus a $200 withdrawal fee. Payments will be drafted from the on-line tuition payment system until the tuition obligation is fulfilled. Parents may be relieved of tuition for any semesters in which the student does not attend. Should a student enroll mid-semester, tuition obligation will be pro-rated at a weekly rate based upon start date.
